I bought a pair of Hooverkicks for me last night, they charged my debit card but said they had a problem with my address or something; I received an email this morning saying the shoes were still in my basket and I'm wondering if I can ship them back for a full refund or how I can cancel my order?

I also attempted to order my daughter a pair last friday, they said my address was not correct when we tried to Submit the order. My card was charged 3 times for $69 each. Monday 2 of the charges were released back to my card. I also got several emails saying that the items were still in my cart and that I need to complete my order. At this point I do not want the shoes and I have attempted to reach customer service to get the 3rd charge released back to my card since we never submitted the order, they will not answer the phone. I have gotten really frustrated with these people.
