I finally got my return instructions for the hoverboard. Has anyone done this and gotten their money back?

Yes I got my money back but it took way too long. I think this is one guy with connnections in China and just takes off for long periods. I finally got a response when I filed dispute with credit card and Better Business Bureau (bbb.org). I literally just sent it back to the Lynwood addrress with tracking. Didnt wait. Finally refunds less a 15% restocking fee which I also disputed. Never ordered this second board..My credit card co. Gave me this back. I am done with 360 woo hoo!!

I had fedex treat it as if I refused it when I got here and had it sent back to the adress I received it from. Filed a dispute with my bank and then hoverboard360 finally refunded me. File a dispute only way these people will notice you

I didn't ever return it... i figured the company was a total scam and I didn't want to waste my money on shipping fees.

Don't give up on returning it, I too started in November to talk to them and email them. It took 2 months for them to finally send them the address to send back (which by the way was NY not Hong Kong) however, they didn't include the RMA# well if you can believe this ONE time I got a hold of them and apparently we are suppose to know that the return sheet we fill out is the RMA. I tried to get it in writing for them to tell me when I would expect my return once they received it and all she had to say was make sure you do a tracking number and you will be able to see when we receive it in the most snotty way possible. They are not a cooperative company. I did have one email in the beginning when they waived my restocking fee. I included that with the return form and took lots of pictures of the board, and how I packaged it so they can't say it was scratched. Well they received it a week ago Tuesday and they still haven't given me a credit back. I emailed them and they said they were in the "process" of their manager inspecting the product before they give me my credit.. More BS. However, I had started a dispute with AMEX about 3 weeks after not being able to get a hold of them. Well I have gotten my credit back from them already (with the stipulation if they get something from them in the coming months I could be recharged) because they have been unsuccessful getting ahold of them so I am technically not out the money at the moment, Once I get a credit from this ridiculously company I will be calling back AMEX to let them know I got a hold of them myself. Even though they say 30 days if you speak to your credit card company it's longer. Also, in my opinion this is on them that you couldn't get it back to them in the allotted time. If you have called and sent emails it proves you tried and they should be responsible. Save everything. Call your credit card companies and explain you can't get a hold of them to return the product, I am sure they will work with you and give them as much documentation as you have. No matter what it takes forever.

Lisa, I returned 2 of these things. It was a complete joke however. I followed the instructions as they provided. When I shipped them back, I sent them certified where a signature was required. After all the BS they pulled on why I was sent something other than what I ordered, I wasn't about to take any chances sending them back. They have processed 1 of the 2 I sent back. That was just the other day, so I'm hoping they don't try to pull something with the 2nd one. Do yourself a favor, take pictures of them after you have them ready to go back, send them certified and keep checking the tracking number. I emailed them the tracking numbers as directed, and also after they were delivered, I sent them the proof of delivery.

No, I've never received return instructions & it's been since mid Nov that I first started requesting them. I gave up.

Ich habe bei Hoverboard 360 mein Hoverboard gekauft was eine schlechte Entscheidung war ich habe extra mit PayPal bezahlt (gekauft) weil ich dachte ich wäre auf der sicheren Seite damit.als das Hoverboard ankam war es Defekt ich habe es an die Adresse geschickt wo es verschickt wurde ich schrieb dies denn Leuten und sie sagten es würde nichts bei Ihnen ankommen sein ich habe mein Geld zurück verlangen aber sie haben mir dann angefangen zu schreiben Sie würden sich freuen das ich in den Urlaub fahre und weiteren Mist ich habes den Fall dann bei paypal gemeldet sie haben sich mit dem Hersteller kontaktiert und er verweigert das Geld zurück zu überweisen ich habe ihm jetzt gedroht das ich ihn Anklage und bin gespannt was kommt wenn nicht gehe ich auch vor Gericht. Ich finde diese Verbrecher sollten ihre Firma schließen. Ich will jetzt eigentlich im großen ganzen Fragen was man jetzt noch ruhen könnte. Are you still in business and replacing recalled Hoverboards? How long will it take to get a replacement after it is sent back? why are we not getting our return it has been since last december 2015 I was told I would be getting a new board sent out to replace the defective one I paid $40 to ship back!! Ignored for months and finally got the call and still no board!! I have another bad one too but I won't be that dumb again!!!! $800 gone forever I guess!!! I am considering buying but cannot get them to answer my queries online I am a little bit afraid, because I ordered on eproduct and I am not sure that they are really a webshop. The price was given in EUR but the debit on my konto was in CNY. Is the webshop ok? Thank you in advance. Whatever happened # my recalled imoto is sitting here 700 dollars wasted on a recall .... I haven't tried for a refund , did anyone ever get one I purchased a Glitek Hoverboard S-Glide in December 2015 and it is not working correctly. I have tried contacting them with no reply. Anyone know where to go from here? I'm out $800.00. can you control the hoverboard using a remote or something?? i want to know if this is safe for my kids before i buy it
