I emailed the company about the fact that I did not receive my order. They eventually sent me a transit number and told me to research the issue. I googled usps and gave them the tracking number. They said it was supposed to be delivered April 5 but they could not prove or verify that. I told the company. They told me to ask my neighbors if they had my package. Why would usps give my package to my neighbors during a stay at home? I told them the neighbors did not have it. Instead of honoring the sale they sent me the usps receipt, which again has no proof of delivery.
