How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at HomeEssentialsDepot?

You cannot get a hold of anyone because they do not post a telephone number.

I emailed the company about the fact that I did not receive my order. They eventually sent me a transit number and told me to research the issue. I googled usps and gave them the tracking number. They said it was supposed to be delivered April 5 but they could not prove or verify that. I told the company. They told me to ask my neighbors if they had my package. Why would usps give my package to my neighbors during a stay at home? I told them the neighbors did not have it. Instead of honoring the sale they sent me the usps receipt, which again has no proof of delivery.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them. They don't respond emails and their telephone number isn't even active. Its all a scam, I reported them to my bank as fraud. Run the other direction these people are a bunch of low life thieves!
