If they did care about their customers and their opinions they wouldn't make you wait for 48 hours to talk to a supervisor. Very likely they don't have the resources required to cover customers' requests and can't cope with the high number of escalations that require supervisor's intervention. This is my input as a customer, based on my personal experience (as someone who tried to schedule an appointment with them and cancelled, one of the reasons being exactly the question that you asked).
