They have a manager that will over look all the people who will do the job. They will be the one you can turn to for any questions. The manager that I worked with was Zack. He always made sure that all my concerns were all addressed on a timely manner as well. Everyone that worked with this project were hardworking and tried to finish within a certain timeline. Which I thought was great for me, that way I wouldn't be wasting my time.
