When they want to take your money and make you fool, they call you hundred times and they bug you all the time. But since you send them money by the biggest mistake, they immediately disappear and you can not find them by call or email. Nobody reply to you anymore!

They will not get back to me ever, I am sure of it.

Maybe I was lucky if you can call it that and got a few emails responses from their customer service bot with the same answer all the time, also 1 agent call me to tell me they will process my cancellation and refund in 2 days, that was Feb 9. Prior to this in November I started to send email with no luck and in December they went on vacation for 3 weeks.
