I would dare say I have purchased at least 8 diamonds, Gold, and designer handbags. In my first order I was nervous for the product to arrive, making sure I was not duped. When it arrived, as they had said the day etc, I was very pleased. I still had doubts, so purchased a diamond tested, and all looked good. Took to big Diamond store to have mounting and they were just another confidence booster in my decision.

it was via email, and just had couple questions on first purchase. how I would get details on shipping, when it would ship etc. but everything went as told and every purchase, I know what to expect and they are quite fast.

My husband and I decided to see what we could get for as little money as possible and we did really well! We got 23 lots and are extremely pleased with our purchases. Two lots were wrong(lots 26 and 1527)-but the rest were exactly what we expected. On-line was easy and setting up pick up was also easy. Men working at pick up were friendly and it was easy to find! We will definitely use this auction service again!

We have not heard back yet. I will give them some time to reply!

I have bid and won some great stuff on Hi-Bid. From washing machine, clothes dryer, freezer. Jewelry and coins to metal detectors. I just got a lawnmower yesterday for a good price. You name it its on here.

As always, I'm very happy with your service. I've been buying things on high bid for a minimum of eight years. I really appreciate y'all. Whenever I've had a problem I have contacted y'all directly and you straightened it out. No question by far. You are the best auction service around.

Everything went well. Pictures were up early for preview. Any questions I had were explained on the site. Bidding went smoothly. Pickup of my winning bid items also went smooth & efficient.

Super fun and easy to use. Type in what I am looking for, and boom there it is.
Search by zip codes within a radius, got it.
Find auctions that have shipping offered, boom there as well.
Need to contact the auction house, there as well.

I'm not sure what caused the site to go down, but it made the entire experience a bit confusing. It's the first time this has happened, it may have been the cause of losing an item I was interested in. I didn't receive any information on if, or what, I had won in a timely manner, for this auction, in my opinion. I can't say I would never use HiBid again though, overall I've been happy.

I didn't receive any notification that I won, or what I did win, as quickly as I believe I should have. I was concerned about driving to the site only to find out that I didn't win anything.

Every thing went good started use this system three yrs ago. When we were in shut down...good time looking through and then go back if I decide to bid on that auction.

Everything I bought was in new condition and Joanne was very helpful to us. She's a great employee

Can,t figure out the closing which can be enough to piss me off. I spend enough that a friend can get a early close by MISTAKE>? That is not the first time I got screwed might be the last time. In the last year I,ve bought over 20 grand of some good some bad but maybe I can now give up. It was fun while it lasted. To old to get screwed in my younger day $#*! would happen just because.

First time bidder, I did not know what to expect. I bid on things before I was aware there was a description listed. Then I prayed that someone would bid higher. I was fun and exciting and I spent the evening watching as the bids closed. I got 4 item that I particularly wanted. Felt like such a win.

Love bidding online. It's very easy. I only gave 4 stars because I find it difficult to search in my area. It came up with different auctions even though I put in the same search criteria.

I thought everything worked just fine. I think that the time extension is set at the perfect length. Some of the item descriptions could be better ex.(new or used, working or not working) only because I am traveling so far and cannot inspect in person. Over all I normally enjoy the auction and the variety of items.

Always a Great time looking through the items. I usually purchase off Ebay or Mercari but have got some great buys here even with added fees the combined shipping can be a lot cheaper then eBay but sometimes the shipping is high with some shippers used by the auction places charging $5.00 or more a box and another $5.00 or more for bubble but overall it's been great.

This and most of my other experiences have been great. Ladage auctions as well as most others have been great. Saying that, I've had 3 bad dealings with ogle auctions, as in paying and never receiving my items, only to watch them listed again. Repeated email and texts, phone messages left with no response. I don't bid in ogle auctions anymore. Unlike all of the others, they're very disreputable.

Love the deals I get on hibid! Trusted site get everything sent to me very fast. Easy pay and go!

I had a great 1st experience. I searched what I was looking for and put them in my watch list. I got notifications as a reminder (thank goodness) and won my auction. Follow up emails for shipping made it easy too. I'll definitely be a repeat bidder

I've encountered a frustrating situation with damaged orders and no means to secure refunds from sellers. Additionally, obtaining tracking numbers for won auctions seems impossible. Moreover, there's no avenue to review sellers' actions in such instances. Despite attempting to contact HiBid for assistance, they haven't responded, leaving me no choice but to resort to a chargeback through my bank. This experience leads me to believe that HiBid may be operating dishonestly.

Great experience. So much fun. Love getting gently used items at a fraction of the cost of new. I also feel great knowing I'm buying something someone else treasured that I can now treasure.

If you read each auctions details regarding the bidding, everything makes sense. I do wish that it would state floor bid instead of pulled on items. Otherwise, I believe it is very clear and enjoyable.
