Customer service does not exist. Herschel sucks. They ripped me off!

Literally Impossible. They advertise over the phone customer service, but when you call it just gives a busy message. When trying to contact online via their "24/7 messaging service" the same result is achieved. - So it's likely that neither really exists. They don't respond to emails either

Impossible. They don't care about you. Pay them for crappy merch and they're gone.

Impossible. They do not answer their phones, return email and won't even talk to you unless you send them a receipt.
