It is a scam. You pay in but you can't cash out. The features are full of flaws. There are more fake accounts than real accounts. There are no refunds. Verification is easy to fake.

It is a SCAM. Any credits you put in cannot be removed. You pay for verification. This process is easy to fake and has had mods openly admit to approving people based on "knowing them."
