I really love this website i want to orer my wedding dress an my bridemaids dresses just want to make sure this website reliable.

No not reliable at all. Scam! My daughter's wedding dress she ordered was their version and hand made. The dress looked awful. No refund. No return address. Wanted her to pay return shipping to where? Awful... don't waste your money.

Hi, i've got huge problem with this company, can someone help?

They won't do a return. I even offered to pay for the shipping. They offered to give me 10% back. Earlier it was 5%. This is insane. I paid total $183.00 through PayPal. This is ridiculous. We are a limited income family and this was supposed to be her prom dress.

Hi Kimberly, You can calculate a delivery estimate by taking the processing time and adding the shipping time. Currently, it takes 11-13 days to make wedding dresses and 6-11 days to make other dresses. You can check the tailoring period on the product page. Standard shipping takes 5-8 days.
