How do I track what is happening to my repair? I FedXed my hearing aids 28 August.Today is 17 September.I haven't had an email or any notification

Please call our front office at 1 (800) 416-2434 if you have any questions. Our office staff tell me that you have been contacted and your hearing aids are ready to be returned to you!
