I have been on hcg1234 for 2weeks and lost 10pounds, im thnking i shud hv lost a little more than that. Im also taking rasberry ketones once a day shud i be mixing them? And my hcg tastes a lot like alcohol hvnt tested it yet the prg test.

Do the pills work the same as the drops?

What is the theory behind not mixing vegetables if you are doing the one serving. Why can't you make a small salad with tomatoes and lettuce and onions, etc as long as it is a serving size.
