Harry, you responded quickly to my review on site jabber and told me to email you at help@harrys.com; which i already had. i have not received the info i asked for in the email. your company just sent me a copy of the letter i composed. please send me info on how to get a full refund. thanks

Answer:

There was no reply to your email? Our CX team would not have just responded to you with a copy of your original note, unless in error. If you respond again, that's the team that can take care of you (the only way for you to get the refund is through that team, but they will be happy to oblige).

Question:

Could not reach by phone, but i have about 30 blades from my first order of the old style and i would like to swap them for your new style blades with the trimmer blade. when i bought the originall order i bought 2 $25 orders of blades along with 2 truman sets.

Hi... i wanted to order some blades... in doing so i see that it is in usd... why if this is american. would you have to charge taxes... canadian hst...? thanx

Yes, all prices are in USD, but there will be a small tax as well in Canada (as well as a shipping fee). If you have any other questions, please email help@harrys.com.

Question:

I get a great shave with my winston & am very satisfied with the blades. after shaving however, i do go back to shave (or shape) around mustache & sideburns for this i use a one-blade razor (like bic) to get the sharp, fine edges. any chance you'll have a specialty razor like this in the future?

We have since added that to our line! Head back to harrys.com and get some more blades and they'll include the precision trimmer.

I tried the free blade and razor and got a great shave. now harry's is sending a package for 30 dollars. what am i getting for my 30 dollars.

I recently purchased the truman set and shaved for the first time this morning. i was not able to shave my upper lip especially at both nostrils i gave up and used my old gillette to finish the job. seems like the blade is too large to cut around the nostrils. do you have any suggestions. jim at suzieandjim@gmail.com

Our cartridges now include a precision trimmer blade for just this reason.

How long does it take to get your order after having placed the order?

That depends on where you are and when you ordered. You should have a shipping confirmation email, though, which would have a link to your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
