Great website for costumes! The costumes arrived very fast to Israel (1 week!). Costume are unique and with high quality. Also, customer services is great! They have online chat and are very responsive. I got one of the costumes with a shirt too small for my child. They checked and indeed it is small. They offered replacement or refund. I already arderrd another costumes which are on the way 😃

It's been 48 hours + birthday has came and gone!
Not to mention fed ex sucks! According to the tracking info they got my package at noon the day of the party. I was at least giving them until midnight I gave up. I hate shopping on line with companies like this! No picture have got items yet and paid triple to overnight it! Shame on you. Is that by any means false advertisement?

This company has always under-promised and over-delivered for us. The items are always as described, or even better! I was especially impressed with the latex/foam-filled, professional prop. Their fast shipping and great customer service makes it easy to shop with them.

I have ordered from HalloweenCostumes.com for several years now. Costumes are of good quality and stand up to hosting a full dinner party for 25 people each year. I host two costume parties per year and always need good ideas for plus size costumes, and they have a good variety of those. Did need to return a couple due to sizing issues (suggest sizing up for comfort!) and had no problem reaching someone and getting credit to order a replacement size while I returned the first. Will return for more party needs in the future!

Costume was finally in stock. So, I placed my order on the 25th and paid for 3-day shipping. FedEx tracking said it would be delivered yesterday, the 30th. Never arrived. I assumed it would be here next business day, today, Halloween. Nothing. Website updated delivery date to Nov 1st. What's the point now? Very disappointed

Ordered George Washington costume for my 16 year old daughter. She was pleased with the fit. The color and quality were very good. The ad did clearly state the pants were not included, so that was not an issue. I just picked some up at a second hand store. The price for 2 day shipping was great! I felt safe and secure making the purchase online. The follow-up customer service after the purchase was helpful. Would purchase from again!

So I've ordered many costumes. Some have been AMAZING. Some.meh... I think it's just personal opinion. They're better than other online costumes I've ordered. The only issue is sending things back if it doesn't work out. It's not free return full refund. It's only free if you choose "fun bucks". So you better love your order!
I was searching for a specific costume and came across this website. They had the cutest and different costumes. The costume i got is great quality and most importantly, my toddler loved it and was comfortable in it all day. The site is easy to navigate and their shipping was quick!

When there was a problem with my original order, they emailed me properly to notify me. I was able to make a few changes and the offered to send out the new order with a quicker shipping process. My order arrived very fast, in time for my holiday event! BTW, the costume is perfect, nice construction. Be sure to order a size larger than you normally would, as I saw suggested in another review. I had to return my costume. During this process I learned that there's an 18% restocking fee plus an additional $7.99 (return label fee) that will be deducted from my refund. I was suppose to receive my refund by the 20th. It is now the 31st of October. I called customer service & the voice message stated that I'm calling after business hours. It was 12 noon! I proceeded to select the email option instead. The site took me to a blank page that displayed the company's name, but no email address. I do not recommend anyone buy from this company! It's not trustworthy.

So many wonderful things about my purchase! First, I paid standard shipping and received my costume in less time than expected, in a matter of days. The costume (a nun) fits perfectly, just as described, and the quality is great. I also love that they carry plus size costumes that look amazing, and do not cost triple the price of standard sizes. I plan on making my future Halloween costume purchases from HalloweenCostumes.com.

Customer service is horrible. My rep Faith made me feel horrible when I just wanted a response before the actual holiday. Their communication sucks, 2 hour hold for a costume? Purposely responds late to avoid accountability. Do not pay extra for shipping because you will not get it on time.

They will try their best to avoid a refund even if they have proof they delivered it to the wrong address. Just do it a chargeback and don't waste your time.
Love my witch costume, took it to another level, very simple, with my white wig, sweatpants, rock it. This is a size large, fit me perfectly. I even workout in this costume at work, wasn't easy, I had so much fun. This is my second costume, will buy again next year.
If you really want to gauge how a store treats its customers, it's always when there are problems that you're actually going to see.
I have to say that the customer service was beyond impressive. One of the best I've seen in my entire life. I live in Montreal, Canada and even from the USA, I have been treated to exceptional customer service people.

Ordered a costume in October and was sent something not even close to what I ordered. Called and they sent the actual order. They sent a return label and requested the original back. This is against the Federal Trade Commission, I'm not required to return product that was sent to me in error nor can I be charged for it. Well December rolls around and not only did they charge me, they charged me an amount much higher than my original charge without providing any receipt etc. Customer Service refuses to reverse the charge. Would not recommend.

I work at a Pet Store and I go out of my way to get my dog a costume that we don't carry so that she is extra special on Halloween and halloweencostumes.com had exactly what I was looking for. The quality was much better than expected also, very nice.
This costume was better than I expected. Arrived on time and in good condition. Comfortable and the quality was great. Awesome details on the vest! The skirt was a little long but I just rolled the top, I'm very short.

So thought ok will give them a try again but this year I didn't even get the correct costume. Ordered the men Witcher costume and was sent some girl aliens thing. When I contact them all I get told is sorry we have sold out of that one in the size! But we are sending you a return label for the incorrect one. Now have to pay a different company extra shipping to get in time and am pretty sure they will "not receive the return item" do not use them! Calling my credit card company and letting them know so I can discuss making sure they don't give the company the money! Ridiculous and not cool!

RUN from this company! They sold me a defective item that was immediately returned. They "claim" they've tried to refund my card but CHASE bank keeps blocking their attempts. CHASE bank had stated this is not a business practice to block any attempts on refunds especially on the same account the item was used to purchase. I'm filing a civil suit and a theft report with the local police. They now have my money $553.17 and my item and state they do not care! Customer service has REFUSED A STORE CREDIT. REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT ITEM. REFUSED TO SEND A REFUND CHECK. REFUSED TO REFUND ANOTHER CARD. They do not care about their customers! I'm not the only one they screw out of refunds. I'll update with the court case and police report and post to this site as added documentation comes in.
