Used to use haband.com, but site now (10/29/2015 & thereafter) comes up with "Welcome to Our New Web Site," a box theoretically allowing you to choose from their "14 stores" that is overwritten (by itself), and text-style hyperlinks that don't allow you to hyperlink. Tried calling, but after waiting on hold was told the site was fine and I'd have to be transferred to someone else "for my convenience" in reporting it. Tried the chat, but was very rudely & repeatedly told the web site had been in use for a year and that there was no problem. Implication: the problem is at my end. Using the most recent version of IE. Tried Chrome, but no help. I've been able to use every single other site I've used--financial, medical, SHOPPING, etc., with not problem, so... I can't be the only one with this problem (can I?), so maybe Haband should LISTEN when a customer calls a) trying to place an order online and b) saying they can't; and then FIX THE PROBLEM.
