on 2/12/19We as a company signed up lately on this platform, so sorry for my late reply. We are usually answering support questions and concerns instantly. Though we are located in Germany (as Hannes J. Already pointed out) and we might reply with a certain delay due to our sleep ours.
Very easy to get support. There is a forum (forum.gsa-online.de) and also a manual page (docu.gsa-online.de) and of course support by email very quickly.
I also called them once but that was not that fast due to different time zones.
