There seems to be no way to contact Zebidah regarding status of order. Paid for and not received.

I need to return a pair of shoes as they are no narrow. The reviews state you don't get your money back and that the address in Florida is vacant. Is this the case?

Answer:
Sadly it is true. I have left reviews on Amazon, their website and here and have yet to hear back from them... I have a really cute pair of shoes that fall off my feet. I have even tried giving them to absolutely everyone I know with my size feet and nobody can wear them!

Please respond regarding the reviewer who returned shoes to you that were sent back with a notice that the address was "vacant." Also to the reviewer subsequent unanswered requests to you. Find the review at https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.zebidah.com

Answer:
I, also, had no response. Shoes look great online, but are extremely uncomfortable. The address for returns is different from the Zebidah company, so unless you happen to notice that, if people send returns to the wrong place they'll never get their money refunded.
