Happy with the way my logo turned out. It was able to instantly implement the logo on my website and social media channels. I'd recommend them if you are looking for a DIY solution.

Just discovered this logo app yesterday and used it without any issues. The process is straightforward and they offer a large selection of templates. Editing went smoothly and I'm happy with the files.

I find the app easy to use and came up with a great logo for my new business. Lots of professional graphics and intuitive editor. It only took me a few minutes to finalize my design. I'll use the site again if I launch another brand.

All I do is talk to a computer. I have asked for someone to email me back regarding the logo and it's been over 24 hours. I get the same answers to questions when I ask on the chat. You took my money and gave me nothing.

We've used GS for three different brands now and it's always been a pleasure. Incredibly friendly and helpful customer support and the software is amazing.

As a company the costs of a logo are deductible. However the receipt that graphicsprings.com was able to give me was useless for at least two legal reasons. And obviously you only find out about that, after paying... A proper receipt is just essential and should be a given.

I paid for a custom logo that was supposed to be ready in 24 hours for its first review, I sent several emails, messages and they never answer nor does the customer service phone line work, I lost my money, they are a scam! Please do not buy this service...

I used their logo maker tool in 2018 and it was an all-around good experience. The tool was easy to use and the files were preset for everything we needed. This time I hired them for a custom brand as we had something very specific in mind. The project was delivered on time and the quality exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

Paid 90$ for a custom logo which stated unlimited revisions. Received a logo to which I wasn't fully happy with so emailed back to slightly tweak the logo and they've gone silent. Everything suggests they will respond within 24-72 hours. It's been going on 2 weeks now and nothing. Tried contacting through the website and it doesn't work. Save your money go somewhere else

After purchasing and removing a logo from the database I found another company using the same one for the same business in the same country. Notified graphic springs who offered a free re-download or a professional design for $50 extra. Its been 2 weeks now with no reply or sign of what has been promised. Like many others I found the pricing indicated at purchase time confusing and ultimately misleading. You end up paying a lot more than you think you will. AVOID! Total scam artists

Its a very simple process for designing a logo,, so if youre looking to have a logo designed quickly and easily graphicsprings is a good choice. I like that you can see the finished product before you buy it so there is no surprise. I will say the customer service is very quick and personal. I like that best

I got a quote from a local designer and although I was OK with paying $400 for a logo, I did not like the idea of waiting 1 week just for the concepts. GraphicSprings let me design unlimited logos quickly and easily. It is a good way to see what you like/dislike.

The tool produced a great logo and I was set to go within 5 minutes.

Complete Scam. All they keep asking for is a sample Logo so they can start the design but never send one. Absolute Scam

This is my first review for an online service. The guys at GraphicSprings have been incredibly helpful and truly exceed expectations.

When I started my side project (Tax Season) I wanted a quick and easy solution for my logo. GraphicSprings fit the bill and allowed me to design a logo that looks amazing. When I was in the process of adding the logo to my Wordpress site I reached out to support and they sent me a custom file and walked me through the process within 1 hour of me sending the email! This was all outside of their service offering and they did it just to be helpful.

This was all really exceptional and I would recommend them to anybody!

We're extremely delighted with the results of using this company for our design needs. We've been using the same old generic design that was outdated. Very pleased with the results.

We had a company logo made from Graphic Springs 4 years ago. I didn't save a large enough image at the time to use on printed materials (my fault). I contacted them, and their design team made me another logo, at a much higher resolution, at no charge! That's unheard of customer service nowadays. Hats off to Joe and their design team! I will definitely recommend, and reuse, Graphics Springs in the future.

This has happened twice now instead of charging $38 charged us $88 and there is no way to contact these guys. Not sure if its a scam or some technical issue. Otherwise easy to create logos and look professional.

Can't download my logo. What size would you suggest for stationery and business cards? Or a website? I thought my logo wouldn't be available anymore, but it looks like it still is.

In relation to my last review, although my initial review was critical the follow up from GraphicSprings was very good they have credited me on the outstanding and i have purchased another logo which i am very happy with.
