Customer service is nonexistent at Grammarly. Their competitor, however, is cheaper and offers live chat. www.whitesmoke.com

You don't want this. The product is $130 as a subscription service and automatically renews. The product comes from Russia-Ukraine and may host malware or a virus.

Grammarly is mostly pushed on social media with big money (from your $130). Other better products exist for $50 purchase and no renewing subscription.
