Just read a bunch of horrible reviews about the company on the Better Business Bureau website. Now I'm concerned about my order. Should I be?

I ordered a bag 11/22, I am still waiting for it 12/21. Tracking from 12/1 says its someplace in Korea! Never again will I order from an online company.

You would be if you were me. I just received the bag I ordered. It's half the size I expected, and it's the wrong color. I also suspect it's not really leather. I hope you have better luck.
