Question:

I just called sam's club (st. louis, mo) to see if they accepted goodrx discount drug card for sildenafil (30 tablets for $10.00)... they laughed. any suggestions?

Answer:

Hi - Pharmacists will often discourage people from presenting coupons on the phone, but our coupons are accepted thousands of times a day, and very rarely do we have problems. They shouldn't be laughing a coupon they are contractually obligated to accept; if you have any issues, please email us at info@goodrx.com.

Hi Gwen - simply instruct the pharmacist that you are not using your insurance for this transaction and present the discount card or coupon instead. The pharmacist cannot refuse to run a transaction because you have insurance; how you purchase your medication is up to you.

Question:

Why is it that with your goldrx card my cvs edex meds are $1500.00 and with your services my cost is $500.00?

Answer:

Great question, Don! Since GoodRx compares prices at different pharmacies, there are sometimes lower prices with a GoodRx coupon. If you have a GoodRx Gold account, you are still able to use a GoodRx coupon if you find that it offers a better price for your prescription at a pharmacy in your area.
