I was told it could take 14 days for my refund and that the postage would come back through the merchant although your company must have passed on to them my bank details for them to charge me. How is this allowed? I think that your company is a huge scam. Is it?

Mine came back through PayPal and it was from go groupie. Gogroupie told me the same as they told you so I took it up with PayPal and got refunded in a few days.
