Worked for the first two years and now it just sits there and restarts and opens new account and then nothing have deleted and re-installed and done it over and over this is ridiculous.

Baught mobile app, 99€ never worked. Asked help and they have so much delay by lost 7 days on this!
I ask to change with pc app and they delete my mobile app by keeping my money!
Don t buy anything from them.

Software sort of works, but I had a similar experience to many other users where by default they signed me up for a 1 year subscription which auto renews. Then when you try to dispute the charges with their support team they then hide behind their "Terms of Service". I raised a dispute with PayPal but they sided with the merchant. Keep my $200, you clearly need it more than me.

Because of this I would not trust this company.

Also I can see that somebody from this company is replying stating that this is not a real review site because they don't own the account? So you're saying I can't provide an honest review because you can't curate and massage the responses?

Unfortunately the bot when working is great, however I have had some down time now and seeking help but response wait time is far too long and doesn't work more often than not

The trial period is really insufficient to get things up and running and get a good feel for the app. I started with the cloud version before jumping in to the full version and it didn't take me a month to decide I would do so. If you want something to play for you, hire somebody. This isn't an AI, it won't make decisions for you. What this will do is make your life a lot better by taking care of all of the mundane tasks so you can focus on the game and strategy more. While there is a bit of a learning curve to configure things, once you are up and running life is much better.

I was using their remote/cloud service for about 6 months when they failed to upgrade their KOA bot to the most recent version (16.7.0). After the upgrade, the bot would mo longer function on their remote servers because the servers could no longer support running the new version. I created a ticket and gave them 3 days. They said they fixed the issue, but this false. I kept responding that the bot was still unable to run. They refused to compensate me for the days the bot failed to work and still failed to fix the issue so canceled my subscription. I expected a full refund since the bot literally failed on the date my subscription renewed. They refused, saying they don't owe a refund because they were selling a "non-tangible" product. Don't waste your time with this bot company if you play KOA. They have no integrity.
When the bot did work (before version 16.7.0), only half if the functions actually worked and they never fixed the bot after multiple tickets were submitted.

Worked until the the first update of the game. Their support pages are primal and do not cover the program at all. Their online support is not there. They must have put more time on their review bots

I used these guys bots for a few months. I didn't like them, but I had purchased a full year subscription and just decided to not use it. While I thought I had cancelled the auto-renew, I had not and a year later, I get another charge. I contest that charge thinking that I had cancelled the auto renewal. They put my account on hold. While it turned out that I did not cancel the auto-renewal, my account remained on hold throughout the term of the renewal and I was unable to use the product. When I contacted them about this, I got no response at all. These guys are 100% scammers with a really crappy product.

So as of now Customer Support is the only reason this company is getting a 2 star review. Since I purchased this program ive had recurring problems with gnbots. Currently I can not even use gnbots because of bugs and its been 2+ weeks. I have had 17 banned accounts due to this issue alone and apparently the DEV. Team is taking there sweet time to address this issue even though there claim is to run bots 24/7 365 day a year without bans. Apparently 2 weeks with out a properly operating bots is acceptable because they already have my money.

A great idea! A few weeks into, and bots do not "do" anything. I cannot communicate with the team to get assistance. These accounts have not actually done anything since getting them, not even showing them logging on. Was excited, and now horrifically disappointed and will not be continuing but will save money.

I got the server and have been running over 150 bot accounts on it. Dedicated support on discord. Do have some bugs at times but mostly runs flawlessly.

Tried to cancel my service a week before it was supposed to be renewed because it barely worked and I quit playing the game, still no answer to this day. Well, a week later they charged me, and yet it hasn't even been running this whole time, wrote a new ticket to their support about them charging me, continued to be ignored. I wrote them a new ticket 6 days ago, about a PayPal dispute, in which they had to have responded to PayPal as it was settled IN THEIR FAVOR, despite it only working for 16 of 31 days the month prior, and me having to do 90% of the work when I was paying an extra 100 dollars for someone else to run it, and it never has ran this month, I actually reinstalled the game to check. Honestly this just topped the worst experiences I've had with any company.

The support is bad, they just take your money and do not respond to you

GnBots reviews = most of them are fake reviews that were offered incentives to increase the number of reviews for GnBots.
They'll ask you to go on their Discord chat with "thousands of happy customers", where all they'll say is check the faqs, then ignore you and blame you from there.
An unhappy customer needs help, not told that there are 1000s of happy customers.

The bot itself does not work 100%, depending on the game used. Some actions work, some don't.

Tried the bot for GOTC. Not user friendly. No support. The remote-server version was TERRIBLE. As in impossible for the average person to set up. And the support was non-existent. There are WAY better options out there, no guarantee it's going to work and they refused a refund and shut down communication when I asked. RUN don't walk the other way.

Do not use them. There bots are horrible. I did a charge back for the bot service. I also had bought some gmail email accounts from them. When they lost the charge back, they emailed me saying they are reporting all my accounts as bots to igg, AND they changed the password to the gmail accounts. When I brought it up to their discord chat, they blocked me and refuse to be professional enough to talk about it. Total scam company. They are a one way street company. If you dispute their product in anyway they will do whatever they can to screw you over. * is 1,000,000 times more productive. Trust me, if you invest in GNbots, you will never see a return on your investment. The only thing worse than their product is their service. Go to their discord before you buy. You will see so any people having issues and the moderators blaming the user. They refuse to take responsibility for any issues you have. Complete scam. Here is their response to my chargeback...

I spent $20 for VIP access only to realize that their beta version KingsBot for Clash of Kings doesn't actually work and hasn't worked since it was released half a year ago. I suspect that all they're doing is increasing the version number and asking users to keep waiting for the next version to fix things. But that working version will never arrive.

They're basically running a bait-and-switch tactic. Instead of actually getting anything, you only get access to the forums where you will wait forever for a working product to never be released. In addition, it costs $50 a month to actually get a license of their older version, which also doesn't really work and gets flagged as malware by my AV. Half of the VIP forum threads are about the clients being broken.

The setup is incredibly difficult and probably doesn't work on most PCs. Of course, they don't even list the PC requirements anywhere. After 10 hours of fiddling around after disabling my AV (which is very dumb), I've given up getting the bots to do anything useful.

There are no returns. Just stay away from this scam.

Worst service provider i have ever encountered. Software is extremely error sensitive. The smallest change will result in headaches for hours to get it working again.

I had to order the Mobile Bot server because my own hardware was not working with the MEMU emulator. After receiving the setup i tried lords mobile and already encountered issues with the scripts.

Misclicks, errors etc. the issues simply would not stop. After the staff repeatedly send me away with useless guides I asked them to go on my Remote desktop and fix it. After 5 minutes they came back saying that scripts had to be adjusted on their side (oh really?).

After trying multiple games and seeing the same errors over and over again I was sick of it and asked for a refund with paypal. Since this was a service which could be canceled at any time I tried to settle with the seller for the X days that i used this service. They kept yelling the TOS and eventually my claim got denied.

Lost 90$ on a piece of software that is not working. Be very aware when dealing with these people because they are money hungry. I'am an expirienced botter in various games. This software is extremely squishy and based on pixel reading. One change in the game will make sure that everything is broken.

You can keep saying that your service is working as intended but it is not. It is the crappiest software I have ever encountered. As mentioned this is a pixel reading bot. Pixel ready is squishy and can easily be patched by game devs.

- Clearing scripts has no effects when your scripts are outdated and not working.
- I'am a dev myself, don't try to frame me as someone who is not tech savy.
- The 18.000 discord members are ALL inactive.
- Devs, and so called account manager * is disgusting and not friendly at all.
- Some goes for this review which is dripping of sarcasm and annoying sayings.
You guys are a disgusting money grab! I won't stop spraying this message everywhere I can.

Reasons why not to deal with these people:

- Frequently outdated software and scripts
- YOU will be responsible for all the issues with the software

Guys you know that I don't write a review until I feel I have really been taken by false statements. That is why this is only my second review in many years. Your reviews have been great ad have stop a lot good people from losing money.

Now we have a new one this site called Goodnight Bots. They claim to be able to hack a popular game called Clash of Kings using bots to auto farm for you.
The working program is not available now but if you become a VIP member you test the beta version free yes TEST TEST TEST $20 to upgrade to a VIP member.
OK sounds good right. So I message the webmaster he confirms so I pay the $20 download the software. Now I have worked with this type of thing before. So be for I did anything I set to reading. 36 pages of forum notes 5 videos on the install each just a little diffident as time progresses is the time line. I find all the best ways to get started I prep my computer use the depend they provide a little hard to locate but okay my system was good on that account any way. Did the BlueStacks install nice no more Chinese ( who cares I read Chinese) hay look at that Clash of Kings installed nice. Looking good so far. Installed the Kingsbots Beta typed in my first ID. Feel the excitement build click on open in BlueStacks WOW look at that we are off and running... wait what is this Clash Of kings will not open? Why. No problem let's go back and ask my new found $20 friends at gnbots. Whats this this is the wrong forum to ask a question about why Clash of Kings did not open oh I'm sorry I will delete it no big deal. Who do I ask? It is beta version we are still working on it. Just wait. I have gotten this message a lot the last time I got it there was a line of little animated laughing faces. The way the get you is you are not paying of the bot software you are paying for VIP membership and they can take that from you at will.

To add to this Now I have been blocked from sending messages on the board to other members. They are just not very helpful. They do have one guy on the site that after some time saw the things we saying and got us to a point that we could do the review or test but now I cant send him info. So much for getting into the program. I have asked for a refund lets see how that goes.
