Would like to know when I will receive my refund on returned order #101136369. Thank you.

They apparently do if you jump through all the hoops. After you return the glasses, you should get an email linking you to the RMA form. Submit your account name and order number. You should get a drop-down that offers you either Store Credit or Refund. Select Chat at the bottom of the screen. You will get a chat representative who will look up your order. While she's doing that, click the "Send transcript to email" link just in case you need it. If she approves the refund, she will instruct you to select "Store Credit" and indicate why you are demanding a refund in the Notes section. Do that, referencing the chat, close the chat, submit, confirm you got the email, and wait for a response on status.

If you read the reiviews of this company, you will discover that this firm does not refund money. Once you buy a pair of glasses, your cash is gone. So don't count on getting anything back for them. So just go ahead like many of us and file a complaint with the NY State Attorney General's Office for fraud. It is hard to believe this firm has been in business in NY for 9 years.
