on 4/27/19They have a toll free customer service and it's easy to get thru and talk to a live person which is a big plus for me. The only problem I have with them is that you don't get the phone number until you place an order and receive the confirmation but that's ok. I get the confirmation to make sure that my order went thru and all their contact information is in the email with all the details of my order. I had a problem once and got thru right away. The problem was my fault, not theirs but they corrected it right away. Very polite and knowledgeable.
Yes, they have live chat and if they are not available you can leave a message. After you order you get an 800 number as well as a tracking number. They also let you know when your gift was delivered.
