Why can't I proceed to checkout when I have placed my order from the catalog.

Double check your order form, sometimes if something is out of stock it won't let you proceed. Look at your order and see if there's any messages at the top. Or if it's a delayed shipping they want to make sure you still want it sent look for any kind of messages usually that is what causes a delay.
