I got you beat mine never heated up from day one. Sorry your going through this crap. Not only will ge not take responsibility neither will the store that sold it to me. I might as well have flushed $700 down the toilet.

Same exact problem with mine. I am done with GE! It's not worth the price to fix it I will go to another brand!
