Put on hold for up to 30 minutes then can get cut off ring back very long waiting time if you ring and want to purchase answered very quickly but want a problem sorting out is terrible up to now has taken 5 weeks and faulty parts still not received and can not tell me when i will get them i have been a tradesman for over 40 years and never been treated like this if i had done my research before purchasing i would of found over 400 reviews warning me to stay clear we live and learn i am 65 years old and never before given a bad review
