John from Frazier engine's just called me after leaving a bad review because of a bad experience with them and now he canceled my order because I left a bad honest review of what happen with my order on cyber Monday I'm going to be posting this on Facebook as well as yelp and any other site that I can read them on because of their customer service. John Fraser told me I could go $#*! myself, I am the scum of the earth for leaving a bad review, I'm also a piece of $#*!, he's canceling my order and never wants to do business with me. I'm also pursuing small claims court because this is prejudiced and biased because of a bad review they're going to cancel my order. I'm also pursuing small claims court because this is prejudiced and biased because of a bad review they're going to cancel my order. I am also attaching my review. "I called 12 times in the morning on cyber Monday trying to place an order and I was told that they would call me back 12 times. Finally on my 13th call they tried telling me the same thing and furious I insisted my order be placed then because I was trying all morning and nobody was calling me back. Keep in mind I called them the very minute they opened and I didn't get the place my order until 1:30 PM. I called the next three days asking for tracking information because as their automated system Claims that they ship same day for most orders. Well that Friday I received a call finally after calling probably 10 times a day since I placed my order insisting on tracking information and they told me I was the fourth person to place an order for that particular engine that day and they only had three in stock. So, I am told I can pay an additional $300 for the same engine but with a higher warranty. Claims that they ship same day for most orders. So, I am told I can pay an additional $300 for the same engine but with a higher warranty.Well, being strapped for cash because of the holidays and obviously my engine blowing up in my vehicle I go and borrow money from family to pay the additional 300. Whenever I called back in to pay the 300 I am also told I have to pay at 4:50 core charge and they absolutely would not waive it for me even though the mistake was on their end. I tried explaining to the owner that I called in 12 times that day and I should've been the first person to place an order for that particular engine which is a 3.6 GMC for my GMC Acadia. Well, being strapped for cash because of the holidays and obviously my engine blowing up in my vehicle I go and borrow money from family to pay the additional 300. Whenever I called back in to pay the 300 I am also told I have to pay at 4:50 core charge and they absolutely would not waive it for me even though the mistake was on their end. I tried explaining to the owner that I called in 12 times that day and I should've been the first person to place an order for that particular engine which is a 3.6 GMC for my GMC Acadia Now instead of having my car by Christmas time after the engine being installed I'm on a three week waiting list possibly longer and then I'm going to have to wait another 1 to 2 weeks for it to be installed thanks Fraser engines merry Christmas. This has caused me a new job that I was supposed to start now I have no way back-and-forth to work because of their sales people lying and not calling their customers back. No. My experience with Fraser left me without a vehicle and out thousands of dollars. I am taking legal action against them.
