I ordered over $400 worth of frames and 2 weeks ago- I have received no correspondence, there is no answer when I have called both customer service numbers, and I have received no return email when I inquired about this. What is going on???!!!

Try 424-245-4508, but at "track order" no one has had any contacts with them for 18 months. Sorry, looks like you're sol.
