Why they don`t answer any email that i send them about my order
Not even send me the tracking number and the order is still in their warehouse since 30/12/12

Because they have terrible customer service. They don't even know how to spell customer service. Save yourself the headache. Don't buy anything from them period. Go to a reputable Department store and that way you know that you will receive the real fragrance and not some fake toilette water.
