I made an impulse purchase this morning and promptly tried to cancel the order within a couple hours of ordering. Their customer serivice line told me not to worry, that this is just a one time purchase and I will not be billed again. Uh?!? I explained further that I did not want this order and wanted the money I already spent to be refunded. They said it was non-refundable. Respectable and credible businesses give refunds. These people are neither.
