Hi there! Just go to our website and fill out the short form with info about the area, property, beds, baths and your price max for rent. We will reserach the area and info provided on your short inquiry form to see if we can assist. - note we cannot assist everyone. We cannot tell the apartments what to charge for rent. We promise this is 100% NO Credit check (no min credit score, no 'case-by-case' policy for accepting evictions, BUT this does NOTt mean we do not check anything. You must qualify with income- legitimate income (no home based businesses or obscure employers not registered with the state and not able to be found on Lexis Nexis). However, we do accept evictions, broken leases, bankruptcy, etc... Please see our website - this is a lot of information what we can do, and what we can't do, (such as criminal history. We have not control over this nor the policies regarding criminal history. The properties pull this directly themselves because we DO tell them you will be living there, and therefore, we have no control over the criminal part).
Hi Deidre, yes you can find properties in this area, but our service if limited to properties that are offer business applications. This is the core of how this works. Without the business application, the property would then ask for your ssn, which will circle back to you potentially getting declined if you have bad credit. Please review our website for details and note, application to us is free but we do very thourough income and affodability checks since credit is not checked to ensure you qualify for taking on the rents payments. As a guarantour and cosigner we have a vested interest this woeks out for all parties.
Hi hebby, the cost of our service is tier based on your monthly rent amts. First we would need a full application from you to see if we can assist. Our requirements are fully disclosed upfront on our Fair Housing Qualifications. Then after reviewing your application and your income, we would either send an approval, decline or request more information. We do not accept everyone as disclosed on our website. Income is Important but also if there are properties within your search area we can assit with. Our prices range anywhere from $1495 to "equal to 1 month's rent". For example, if your rent is $1800 an month, we are responsible to the property for $21,600 in contractual responsibility, in the event you default. We do not change application fees to see if we can assist, nor do we have any self-payment check out on our website. Payments are by invoice only, with either Visa/Mastercard. Whether you choose to work with us or not, as a rule of thumb, do not wire anyone money or pay with any "cash apps".
