I have placed several orders with Floryday and have yet to be disappointed with either the product or the great service. On a couple of occasions when I wanted to return what I had purchased, this was done quickly and efficiently and the money went into my account without any hassle. Their selection is fantastic and wide ranging and, as a very satisfied customer, I will be shopping with them again.

In July 2021 I order two dresses and never got them. They took the money out my account. They claim they had the wrong address and the dresses werer returned. But I never got my money back. Then they removed my account. But I made copies. All this time. I still have the order number. I reached out to them twice last year. The keep sendind new clothes items. Floryday has unique styles that you won't find at other stores. The only negative was shipping (but that was not Floryday's fault). Floryday shipped my order within 24 hours & it arrived in the USA in 3 days. The package remained in LA for over a month (due to Covid) before it was processed. Package arrived, each article of clothing was in a heavy, plastic zipped bag with no imperfections. Very satisfied customer and I'll definitely shop Floryday again.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Please spend your $ elsewhere. This company Is a scam. I bought four tops off of this website, not one of them looked anything like the picture the material was awful. I tried to return the items within the 14 day window and they wanted to reimburse me FAR less than what I paid. I tried contacting the company relentlessly with no response. I'm even trying to dispute the purchase with my credit card company.

Don’t buy anything off this site it’s a scam. You won’t be able to return anything to them even though it says returns in 14 days. Cloths look nothing like the picture

After ordering a dress three & half weeks before my daughter's wedding it arrived 2 weeks after her wedding. When I clicked on My Orders it said I hadn't ordered anything yet even though I have 60 points in my account. They only allow a "live chat" on preorders & not post orders. No ph# for customer service & no order # I could do find so I'm stuck with a dress I no longer need! Frustrating on how much time all of this took which produced nothing!

It isn't worth your aggravation. Ordered dresses and they never arrived. After 2 weeks of waiting and having to reach I was informed one dress was out of stock, received a refund, but the other items never showed up. The tracking info still shows the remaining items at the facility, saying the order is complete. Ended up having to request a full refund & will never order from them again. If you don't have what customers need then you need to close your business.

The dresses being sold here are all in good quality. They have a lot of unique designs to choose from and surely would make us look classy and feminine
They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you coupons rather than give you your money back and then if you don't accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. Find a different site. I was charged $108.36 two times when I only authorized one charge. I called into the company was told I would get a call within 48 hours from the billing department. I was never called back. I called back was hung up on. I filled out an online form, I still have not been refunded the money. Do not risk giving this company your account information. They are hackers.
My issue was resolved amicably, I received correct size within a very short time. Thanks, FloryDay, I will definitely shop here again!

I implore anyone considering buying from this company to not waste your money. The clothes are not as described, clothes described as cotton or linen are viscose. Badly cut, nothing like the advertised image - it's an utter disgrace and scam. It is extremely difficult to get your money back and even if you can they take off a load for postage. This is a cynical scam and I intend to contact trading standards about their their misleading and false claims. DO NOT BUY.

Stay away from this outfit... cheap all around. I ordered 5 items which took over 6 weeks to arrive. Tracking stopped after awhile and any attempt to reach the company was futile... what they call 'chat' is 3 more websites which tell you nothing. Email requests were answered with form emails which said the same thing each time. Poor quality! I returned all of the items and was charged $30 for the original shipping cost. I paid $20 to return the items so it cost me $50 learn this lesson... stay away from Floryday!

I purchased a few items from this site and I had no problems. Three different items and they were very nice quality and fit just fine. Maybe because I am really tiny but I had no complaints! I was quite impressed and will be checking out more stuff soon!
I should have been aware that you don't get quality cheaply but I was not prepared for the synthetic, printed fabrics, complete lack of style- clothing completely at odds with the photos. Never again! I rarely buy on line but some of the garments looked lovely, but just didn't fulfil the expectations.

Even though I was rather skeptical about ordering from this homepage, I decided to order two dresses. In my search, I was very specific in ordering only "cotton" products. I found the two dresses under the category "cotton dresses". The dresses arrived and definitely are NOT cotton. They appear to be 100% polyester. I wanted to write a review about it on the site but was just directed to the help-desk. Frustrating and closeted company.
Update: After writing this review the company contacted me to offer me a full refund of the articles if I delete this review. I replied I was not interested in their money and the review shall stay on sitejabber. In the end they refunded me the full price of the two dresses, which is nice and I decided to change the title of the review from "cheap, cheaper florydays" to "Dubious shop with strange practices" and add this "update" to my review.

I ordered a couple shirts today and a couple hours later had to cancel. Only then did I see these reviews. So we will see if the money gets promptly returned to my account. If it does I'll change my rating and place my order again. Will follow up.

Bought 2 items of closing on July 31st, 2021. Neither the fabric nor the size were of quality and as described. I returned them (US warehouse adress) at my own expense and I keep sending emails asking for my refund. They simply ignore me. TOTAL LOSS. When it is too good to be true, it is. Floryday is one these Chinese companies attracting customers with great prices for which you receive pieces of crap. You never get your refund!

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
