I ordered 2 magnetic chargers 1 for iPhone and 1 for android from your company on 2/22/2017 I still have not recieved them when will I get them I paid through PayPal tried to call customer service but they just put you on hold then hang up on you after about 3 minutes would like to know wehere my order is

I have emailed Florence Scovel over 10 times after placing an order last September and paying over $100 but have never had a reply and cannot phone!
