We have a great service team who is there to help our customers every step of the way and any additional fees (which all airlines and travel agencies may administer depending on the situation) are very clearly indicated when booking. We have a similar business model to other online travel agencies however the difference is that we strive to offer our customers better and more affordable prices. When selecting your seats, the price is indicated right below the interactive seat map.
