I have placed 2 seperate orders with your company. both times it said i would get an e-mail when they shipped with a tracking #, so i would know approximately when to expect them. i have checked my account and both orders say they have shipped, but i never received an e-mail for either order telling me they shipped, not do i have a tracking # for them. i would like to know when to expect my orders and it would be nice to have a phone # to contact your company! my order #'s are 65869 and 66168
