They are legitimate, they've helped my wife get to her appointments and organize our paperwork. They are prone to making mistakes though as we've experienced from them, but they are still sincere in what their trying to accomplish. In my overall experience though, it's much better to get things done on your own or even listen to support groups in which you're able to find on facebook.
