I wrote a review on 7/8/14, I never received my order and I tried for months to get in contact with someone/anyone. I had ordered about $300.00 worth of items from Sephora. I seem to be in the area where there are a lot of one starts and complaints. I wasted $300 plus, if there is anything that can be done now please let me know. I am in Melbourne, Australia. I order shoes from Eastbay on a Sunday and I always receive them on a Thursday, they are wonderful but BONGO, the thought still makes me very angry!
