Before I enter a review I would like to give you a chance to make right a give me the rebate i am entitled to. I have been contacting you via email fastfloors/rebate with no response. I was happy with my dealings with you as far as price quality and shipping but not giving a rebate that I am entitled to is a deal breaker. Order # 192963A

These guys are deceptive liars. They do and say anything to make the sale and will cancel orders of the margin doesn't work out after to sign the purchase order... they refuse to return call and will lie repeatedly even when blatant facts are mentioned. Stay far far away!

Crooks, the lot of them. They probably offered you a small amount and acted like it was some kind of amazing favor they were doing.
