The size chart is not true to size, the clothes are smaller than the actual sizes. They sell chinese sizes

I have dat feet too so I always buy a size 10

Hi. I had to go online and file a complaint with the better business bureau. Go to Google and type in: fashion nova/ Better Business Bureau. Also I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in that area. I charged them with fraud since that charged my credit card but I didnt get my order

I waited almost 3 weeks & then they email me to tell me they canceled my order! Wtf!

I am in the same boat still waiting on a response to my emails. I am so shocked that their customer service is so bad tbh.

They technically let you know they have up to 7 business days to process your order and 48 to show up. I ordered December 1 and its way over due. I never had a problem they dont scam I just think they didnt plan for such a big turnout, they should have better customer service and contact you back right away, Im disappointed, but i would wait a little longer.

I placed an order on the 26 there has yet to be any movement with my order.

Hi shopper, I live in Australia. They take on average 3 to 4 weeks. They are certainly no Net-a-Porter, TheOutnet.com nor MyTheresa.com. With my second last order (early November, my order still has not arrived. It will be over 4 weeks. Sorry to bear the news

Yes i do, i order my items on the 21/11/17 in the next day a message was sent to me, YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN REFUNDED, i checked d account but the money was not their, the card i use to purchase was a mastercard gift card.
