Don't buy from Fashion Nova. If you get the merchandise it is normally not as pictured, damaged or stained. Then you have to pay to return it and they only refund you with a gift card, which is illegal! Don't believe their ads, they are a total scam!

They usually answer emails faster. Have your order number and tracking number handy.

Nope, it takes 2-4 days to process and then about 3 days to a week to ship depending on the size of your order and paying extra for shipping is just a waste of money because it will never arrive by the time it's supposed to, whether you played for 2 day or 1 day or whatever (DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR SHIPPING!)

Ive ordered from them 3 different times and each time my clothes were shipped in 2 days. In total it takes about 4-5 days max from ordering til the time my items are delivered. Pretty fast. Clothes run pretty small so if ur full figures go a size or 2 up. (Depending on material)
