I am a first time buyer on your site and would like to firstly commend your impeccable taste in the style of clothes you sell as they practically all fit and belong in my wardrobe like a glove. i love your sight. secondly i am about to make an online purchase but obviously needed clarity on how your refund policy works in case anything goes wrong. after reading one of the reviews i just needed to ensure that my order is checked before being sent out as i am in south africa and would really hate to receive something i did not order. i would prefer not to have to go through the administrative process of sending things back to you and in turn receiving or being stuck with a store credit etc. kindly ensure that my order is just correct so we can avoid any issues. do you by any chance have a customer care line that is not just via email and also a track my order. regards theodorah mahachi
