On track claimed they delivered my order on 12/15 on Sunday. While I kept getting notification it will come Monday and the days kept changing. I didn't receive any package and Fashionnova is making me file a claim with on trac. They won't refund the money, locate the driver or reship the order. I spent $163. Im so pissed off. Service is crap. I ordered during cyber Monday. Stressed out this whole time. I'm going to report the company to better business bureau. Now I have to find last minute clothes for vacation.
I been a LOYAL customer for years. I was ok with store credit... But now I've FRICKEN had it! I placed an order #228796. I never received 2 bodysuits. Ive emailed 6-7 times. All I'm getting back is that ill receive another email & not to send multiple emails. Ive never received credit or money refund. Ill be opening a claim with PAYPAL, & further actions. C'MON FASHION NOVA, it's us loyal customers that have taken you to where you are today. They must have disloyal thieves of workers that needs to be looked into, or making their money with us working hard people. If they need my money more than me.! KARMA, KARMA!
This my 2nd time ordering i don't think your getting that by the 20th at all i placed a order dec. 2nd today is dec. 16th they claim there overwhelmed i cancelled on the 9th still no money back on my card goodluck.
I, too, am disappointed with the return policy. I purchased items that are unflattering on and one of the dresses smell really weird like burnt rubber. I decided to just keep the items and perhaps give them as gifts because I certainly do not want store credit. I will not be purchasing from Fashion Nova ever again! Like someone previously commented, this company caters quality service to celebrities only. This company is a cheap, poor quality joke.
After several emails and phone calls they finally emailed me stating they were switching distribution centers it would be a minor 7-10 day processing delay still nothing we're on day 9 and they had no warning on the webpage before placing my order finally they gave me an option to request a refund however they still have not confirmed my request
I didn't backup myself like PayPal or with an e-gift card. You'd have to probably check on PayPal and e-gift cards policy individually. With their company's you may be able to get money back but I have no idea. I do know he won't get anything back from this company.
Did your bank ever refund it? Or did you get another answer from fashion nova? Im having the same issue as well
Honestly no one have receive their orders. They can not keep up with orders. Their system was flawed before and instead of fixing it, they focused on expanding it.
