I been a LOYAL customer for years..I was ok with store credit...But now I've FRICKEN had it!!! I placed an order #228796..I never received 2 bodysuits..Ive emailed 6-7 times..All I'm getting back is that ill receive another email & not to send multiple emails ..Ive never received credit or  money refund..Ill be opening a claim with PAYPAL, & further actions. C'MON FASHION NOVA, it's us loyal customers that have taken you to where you are today..They must have disloyal thieves of workers that needs to be looked into, or making their money with us working hard people..If they need my money more than me..!!!

800-866-0286  good luck...I've yet to get a live person.  Same with emall.  Paypal ruled in their favor because they provided a tracking number.  apparently they don't actual READ the dispute, where I told them an item was missing from my order.  Next step, dispute with my debit card and a complaint with the attorney general of CA.
