An email to customer service will cancel the charge. Or maybe you can also dispute it with your bank? Regardless, Fashion Nova only gives refund for store credit, they never return actual funds, only money you can reuse with them and them alone. I suggest to people to just put the credit on a gift card and give the gift card to a friend who shops there and can pay you in cash.
