They issued me a store credit that I have not try to use yet. They also sent me a return shipping label that was unfortunately for an envelope not the box that the shoes came in so I had to pay the additional shipping charges -which was more than they paid. They said they would refund that additional amount.

I received $99.00 but I originally paid $148.74 so I don't even feel like wasting my time with them anymore. Yes its my money & I'm disappointed but even if I got what I paid for, I still woudn't order from them ever again. Its pointless. They only care about celebrities, they dont care about people who don't have 100k+ followers on social media. They can kiss my ass.

No I didn't receive a refund. I was informed that they don't give refunds but store credit or can reship the package. However since I posted on this site another representative has reached out to me so I am hoping something more positive will come through.

I actually got my package in although it was fairly late. They're not good when it comes to customer service whatsoever but the shirt and dresses I bought I liked, so I'm just gonna make sure I buy a couple things at a time rather than a whole lot just in case.

I also wanna warn you that the jeans are a little loose and stretchy so order a size or 2 down.

The worst I mean the worst service I brought 200.00 worth of clothes paid for 6.00 for 2 day shipping fee n it taken the 4business days jus to send my order this is the second time ordering from them...I'm highly disappointed n won't shop at this scam of a store again...IM TRYING TO WORK WITH CONSIDERING THEY're trying to make their business global....

This is the worst site I have ever ordered from . I ordered $150 worth of items they said they shipped the items and they were in stock. Then when the items were set to arrive I received an email stating that they gave me a credit because the items were not in stock. They credited me an amount that was not the price of the items . The dress was in stock when I purchased it and still is. This website is a total rip off, nobody answers the phone call or emails. I will never order from them again.

I'm waiting for my refund. Its still pending to my account but luckily I always use PayPal so I'm confident I will get it soon. I did receive an e- gift card on another order when an item was not in stock. Had to pay additional shipping because they don't waive it unless you spend $75+. They try to make it seem like they're doing you a favor when you've already spent your money on the order. Just a store credit. I will never spend money with them again. They can kiss my ass too

No I didn't not receive my refund and their customer service line is awful. No one pick up the phone and no one respond to your email either. Horrible service.

I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
