Reading the reviews i see that many say they do not get their items at all? or they are way to small according to the chart you provide can you advise

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our shipping is slow and it can take over a month to receive an order if you select postal shipping. For sizing, size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your body measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements. For email contact, we respind within 48 hours. Why can't i send back my unwanted garment to the distibution service in the uk rather than to china at great expence` david s

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We don't know what address is on the parcel since the local carrier may use a diffrent shipping label. You need to return the product based on the return address we sent you during emails. For more information, you can contcat us via service@fairymiss.com.
