Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.
You can still use the credits for your future purchases. The credits should automatically apply to your cart on any orders of $59.95 USD or above. We occasionally have sales that allow the use of credits for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions of the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied.
It's not possible. You have to keep your account open.
