Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed that same business day. When ordering prescription lenses with your Eyeglasses or Sunglasses, allow 3 - 5 business days for your custom lenses to be made by our optical lab. Note: Some items may take 1-2 days before it reaches our warehouse.

Contact Lenses
Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed that same business day. Instock contact lens orders ship out within 1 - 2 business days.

Order Delays
If your order will experience a delay due to a backorder, credit card verification problem, or availability problem then we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours.
